Diffrent Sewing Machine Models

To determine the sewing machine model for your particular needs we recommend that you compare them with other Elna Models and look at amount of stitches you will be needing. The different machines come with diffrent feet.  If you are wanting to do embrodery. Each machine has a discription of the feet and stitches that come on it.  To pull up the size chart click on, "What's My Size," next to the size selector on the page of the dress you are interested in. Sizing varies by designer and style, so be sure to consult the chart for the dress you are interested in. We recommend choosing the size that comfortably fits all of your measurements. If you are between sizes we recommend choosing the larger size so you can have the dress altered by a tailor or seamstress for a perfect fit.
 

Machines not on internet

If a machine is not pictured you can call us and we can order diffrent models you are looking for, you can contact us to request an image or description of the machine you are interested in.

Product Shipping

Orders typically ship in 1 to 4 business days (we're normally very quick about getting your shipment to you!) through UPS, to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.  If for some reason an item is not available for immediate shipment, the customer will be contacted to initiate a refund, special order, or product substitution.

 

Returns

Life's complicated, returns don't have to be.

You have 30 days to return your items.  Items must be in brand new condition when they return.  Tags in place.  Damaged items will not be refunded nor returned.  Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser to get a Damaged/tagless item back.

You cover the return shipping.  You can use whichever shipping service is most convenient for you.

SALES TAX

As a merchant, Weisner's Sewing Center  is required to charge taxes on our sales when the destination address is within the state of Kansas and remit those taxes to the government. Weisner's Sewing Center uses default sales tax rates, which are updated regularly. Sales tax rates default to the highest sales tax value in a given area. In the case the actual sales tax rates does not match the charged sales tax, Weisner's Sewing Center will refund or request the difference after completion of payment.

 

Additionally, it is possible that a certain number of products may have an incorrect price. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices of the products, if the correct price of the item is higher than that shown on the page, at our discretion, Outpost Western Store will contact you before the product is shipped, and / or we will cancel the order and notify you about the cancellation. 

Special order

Special order machines are designs that are not in stock but can be ordered from the destributer. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Once the order is confirmed we are unable to cancel these items, as Special Orders are cut specifically for you!

Pre-Order means that an item is currently out of stock but is in production and will be available at a later date. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Please note that availability dates are subject to change. If we can not get Sewing Machine you will not be charged.

 

Shipping

Many of the machines on our website are available to reach you within 5-10 business days with our standard shipping, however everything is subject to stock availability and some machines may not be available for immediate shipment. contact us to find out the estimated ship date for the machine you are interested in. Please include the model number,  and the date you need the machine. 
 

Domastic shipping Orders placed with standard ground shipping take 5-10 business days to reach you.
(Ground shipping does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.) 

 

Call if you need Expedited shipping or Saturday delivery.
 

We do not do International Orders

 

Weisner's Sewing Center is an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. Your item will include warranty information. In the event you do not have any warranty information with your item (many companies are going electronic with warranty information) Weisner's Sewing Center will honor your warranty and an attempt to repair the item is the first course of action.

We will gladly repair your item under warranty.  Shipping is NOT covered under warranty. We will pay the shipping within the first 30 days of you owning the product from original date of purchase in the event you have a defective item. If the problem is operator error or misuse; shipping will be charged. In the event the item is defective we will replace the item.

Non-returnable Items:

  • All opened software and designs

  • All sewing cabinets, cutting tables, cabinets inserts, and quilting table extensions

  • All Industrial Machines

  • Fabric

  • All items without original factory box

  •  

  • Returns are subject to the following:

  • Shipping cost on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items that were originally returned with Free Shipping will have the standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

  • Products must be repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear.

  • Unopened merchandise may be refunded or exchanged.  An item that is unopened meaned it has never been removed from the packaging and the factory seal is intact.

  • Any item that is not returned in its original packaging and intact will not be qualified for a refund.

  • Household items are not to be used for commercial applications.  This voids any factory warranty and is not covered under our 30 day return policy.

  • Accessory items like presser feet, bobbins, or any other part in which requires you provide your brand and model and we are not given the correct machine information, we are not responsible for part incompatibility.  The required shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and not Weisner's SSewing & Vacuum Center.

  • Ken's Sewing Center is a full service center for all the brands we sell. Shipping costs are not covered under any factory warranty and are to be paid by the customer. 

  • Items that are damaged upon reciept can be replaced. Please do contact us before sending the item back.  We fully insure all items in the event this should happen.

  • Items that are financed cannot be refunded.

If the item was bought with a free shipping promotion, then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund. 
Sales tax

Tax is only applicable for orders shipping within Kansas, at a rate of  9.3% depending on your exact location.

 

Payment Method

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

Your credit card/PayPal account will be authorized for the full purchase amount when your order is submitted. Your bank may hold these funds while the charge is pending. Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged when your order is placed.  Orders placed for pre-order and special order dresses will be charged upon confirmation of the shipping date.

You can place your order online with Paypal.Select the size and color or type in the color of the dress you would like to purchase and click, "Add to Cart." You will be taken to your shopping cart where you will have the option remove item from the cart or view your cart and proceed to checkout.  Hitt pay pal to get started.  On the first page of checkout you will enter your state. Your tax will be figured if it applies to you.   Then you can hitt continue.  You will choose Standard shipping on the next page.   You will then be directed to enter your pay pal information.  The window then takes you to delivery option.   


Please note that if the billing address on your credit card is different than the address the
order is to be shipped to we will need a letter of authorization from the credit card holder
before we can process your order. A link to the form you will need to fill out will be
included in the automatic order confirmation that you receive via email.


After entering your payment information you will be prompted to review the details of
your order, We also ask that you indicate your wear date when placing your order so we can make sure
you receive your dress on time. Before your order can be submitted you must agree to our
return policy. Check the box to indicate that you agree and then click, "check out with paypal"

 From here you can continue to shop or proceed to checkout by clicking, "Checkout with PayPal." You will then log into your PayPal account or hitt (pay with debit card or credit card) to complete your purchase.

If your order was successfully placed you will be directed to the order confirmation page and given your order confirmation number. If you were not given an order confirmation number, but think that your order was submitted, you can contact us to find out if you have an open order and get your order number. 
 

Check out errors can occur when the credit card details are entered incorrectly or if the billing address does not match the information provided by your issuing bank. Please refer to the error message shown. contact us if you have corrected the problem and are still not able to successfully enter your order. 

Most items that are in stock and ordered before 2pm  Monday – Friday can be shipped same day (pending credit card verification).

Thank you for shopping with Weisner's Bridal!  Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with your estimated ship date or should your dress not be available for your indicated wear date, a request from us as to how to proceed with your order. 

We require a letter of authorization from the card holder in order to ship to an address other than the credit card’s billing address.  Please complete this form and fax it to us at (785) 776-6100 or scan and email it to us at wbridal@gmail.com. If you are unable to complete this form you can send a copy of the credit card holder's government-issued photo ID and a signed and dated statement of authorization including your order confirmation number. If you would rather not complete the form, you can request to have the machine sent to the credit card’s billing address or submit your order via PayPal.  

If your machine is not available you can contact us with any other machines you’re interested in to see if they can arrive in time.   If you are not interested in any other machines you can contact us to cancel your order without penalty.
